Want to improve your well-being? We can help through 1:1 coaching sessions (in-person or virtually via Zoom worldwide) in Positive Psychology and Plant-Based Nutrition.

The goals and expectations of each coaching session are entirely set by you; where you get to decide on how you want to approach as well as adopt an improved lifestyle. This means that you are in charge of setting, achieving, and attaining the lifestyle you desire. In addition, you will be able to tackle any challenges that may come your way by setting up a proper plan where you will be able to thrive.

1:1 Positive Psychology Coaching

1:1 Info Session (20 minutes; Free)

The info session is a great way for the Coach and the Client to meet and get to know each other before committing to a coaching session to see if they are a good fit in working together.

1:1 Coaching Single Session (50 minutes; KD 37, USD 121, EUR 110)

The single session is a great way for anyone who wants to know more about positive psychology or needs specific guidance in a particular area (such as: Creating Routines / Positive Emotions / Engagement / Relationships / Meaning / Accomplishments / Questions / Other). This session can be booked multiple times at your convenience.

1:1 Coaching Sessions Package (4 sessions of 50 minutes each; KD 142, USD 464, EUR 421)

This package of 4 sessions can be used weekly, bi-weekly, or at your desired preference. It is a great opportunity to get to know your strengths, set goals, shifting your perspective, increase well-being, and watch yourself thrive. In addition, this package includes measurable assessments that monitor your progress, as well as weekly e-mail check-ins.

This package of 4 sessions can be used weekly, bi-weekly, or at your desired preference. It is a great opportunity to set plant-focused goals and watch yourself thrive. In addition, this package includes a plant-based nutrition packet that can help you on your journey towards the lifestyle you want to achieve and weekly e-mail check-ins.
