What is Plant-Based Nutrition?

Plant-Based nutrition is a lifestyle that focuses on consuming whole foods that are predominantly from fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, and seeds that leave you feeling incredibly well both mentally and physically.

Adopting a Plant-Based lifestyle does not mean that you have to give up the favorite foods you love. On the contrary, you may still enjoy them, however with coaching you will be able to shift your focus towards consuming more whole plant foods that are nutrient-dense. On occasion, you may still enjoy the meaningful meals that you have with your friends and family that are a vital part of living well. 1:1 Coaching Single Session (50 minutes; KD 37, USD 121, EUR 110)

The single session is a great way for anyone who wants to know more about plant-based nutrition or needs specific guidance in a particular area (such as: Meal Planing / Recipes / Increase a Particular Nutrient / Support / Mindfulness / Food Choices / Questions / Other). This session can be booked multiple times at your convenience.

1:1 Coaching Sessions Package (4 sessions of 50 minutes each; KD 142, USD 464, EUR 421)

This package of 4 sessions can be used weekly, bi-weekly, or at your desired preference. It is a great opportunity to set plant-focused goals and watch yourself thrive. In addition, this package includes a plant-based nutrition packet that can help you on your journey towards the lifestyle you want to achieve and weekly e-mail check-ins.
