The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) shall govern your use of www.thrive-mitrovska.com (hereinafter “Website”), owned by Thrive Center by Mitrovska for Psychological and Nutritional Consulting LLC (“Company” “We” “Our” “Coach”), a Kuwait based company.
This website is designed to provide information on Plant-Based Nutrition Coaching and Positive Psychology Coaching. Such information may include data, articles, services, programs, opinions, images, videos, illustrations, and teachings (collectively, “Content”). The information is not to be construed as medical advice or care.
This website is designed to give you an engaging and informative experience via its content. We are committed to protecting your rights as a user of this website and the rights of this Company.
Coaching
Coaching is a collaborative process between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking process that is present and future oriented in that it may inspire the the client to achieve their optimal overall mental and physical well-being depending on the coaching service selected (Plant-Based Nutrition Coaching and/or Positive Psychology Coaching as described on the sales page).
Coach-Client Relationship
Clients are held accountable and responsible for creating and implementing their own mental, emotional, and physical well-being by the decisions, choices, actions as well as results set from the coaching partnership. Therefore, the client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable nor responsible for any action or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach.
The Coach is to be honest, direct, asking straight forward questions and offering challenging techniques through action-oriented, solution-focused changes in order to guide the client toward their desired changes and goals.
The Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback, and participate fully during the coaching sessions.The sessions may involve different aspects of the client’s life such as work, health, relationships, education, and recreation that are a vital part of the process. Therefore, the client acknowledges that it is their responsibility on deciding how to handle these issues by incorporating and implementing the coaching principles into those areas.
Positive Psychology Coaching
The Client understands that coaching is not counseling, therapy, nor a substitute for therapy if need be, and does not cure or treat any mental disorders or other medical diseases. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association. As such, coaching sessions are not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, or other medical diseases. It is the Client’s responsibility to seek out such professionals if need be. If the Client is currently seeing a mental health professional, it is recommended that the Client informs the mental health professional about the nature and extent of the coaching relationship that is between the Client and the Coach.
Plant-Based Nutrition Coaching
The Client understands that the Coach is not a Nutritionist nor Dietitian.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality is a crucial element of the coaching processes. The Client’s identity as well as their prior including any ongoing coaching sessions will be strictly confidential. The coaching relationship, along with all documented and verbal information that the Client shares with the Coach is bound by principles of confidentiality. The Coach agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the Client without the Client’s written consent, or required by court order. The following exceptions will apply:
- Physical or sexual abuse of a child will be reported to the appropriate authorities. When the victim of child abuse is over the age of 18, the Coach is not legally mandated to report it unless there are minors still residing with the abuser who may be in danger. Elder abuse is also required to be reported to the appropriate authorities.
- If the Client is at imminent risk to themselves or someone else or makes threats of imminent violence against another person, the Coach will take appropriate action.
Services
The parties agree to engage in Coaching sessions conducted either physically or virtually, included but not limited to phone, email, or text messages.
Schedule and Fees
Payment is required in order to schedule a coaching session. Single session or package options are available depending on the coaching service the Client selects (Plant-Based Nutrition Coaching and/or Positive Psychology Coaching as described on the sales page).
Procedure
The coaching session will be determined by the Client either physical or virtual via .. based on the time slot the Client has selected. The Coach will initiate all scheduled appointments.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
The Client agrees that it is the Client’s responsibility to notify the Coach 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. The Coach will reschedule the missed session. Due to operating “by appointments only”, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in no refunds.
The Client may discontinue coaching at any time. If you have purchased a coaching package and choose to discontinue coaching, you may receive a 50% refund of the disclosed amount you paid for any unused coaching sessions. All paid coaching sessions must be used within 1 calendar year of purchase. (No exceptions).

These Terms are intended to govern your use of this Website, and your continued use of this Website constitutes your acknowledgment of having read the terms and conditions stated herein and your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
By paying you are agreeing to these terms.
If you do not agree by these Terms you are not permitted to use this website.
